The ROUND LAB 1025 Dokdo Toner is an award-winning toner that exfoliates and hydrates skin with deep sea water derived from Ulleung Island, which is located close to the Dokdo Island in Korea. It gently removes dead skin cells while retaining skin moisture, comforts your skin, and lets it glow. How to Use:

1. As a toner: dispense an appropriate amount on a cotton pad and wipe the entire face to refine the skin.
2.  As a spot relief mask: wet cotton pads with product and place on concerned areas for 5-10 minutes to sooth irritated skin.
